LEC Intake Assistant

United Against Poverty

Volunteers greet clients in our Life Enrichment Center (LEC) and facilitate the intake process for those new to our organization. Because this role involves handling sensitive client information, and interaction with clients who may have mental health or substance abuse issues, additional training is required. Previous administrative experience preferred. Strong customer service skills are a MUST. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
